Both defective and non-defective new merchandise may be returned, and exchange requests are accepted under the steps below.
Eligibility and 30-day request window
Ask for authorization within 30 calendar days after delivery. Damage, defects, missing parts, an incorrect shipment, or a material difference from the description may be reviewed. A non-defective return may also be requested for a change of mind, preference, or selection mistake, provided the item is new, unused, and in its original condition. Statutory rights that cannot be limited remain available.
Start the request before mailing
Email amrutsattigeri15@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and reason. Include photos or video for a product problem and retain the packaging and related components. Wait for approval before sending anything. Approval includes confirmation of the accurate return address and mailing instructions; our correspondence address is not automatically the return destination.
Prepaid mail return
Returns are made by mail. A free prepaid return label is already included in the package. After approval, use that enclosed label and the confirmed directions, so the customer does not pay the corresponding return postage. If the label is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges and refunds
An exchange is subject to review and available inventory. Once a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require more time to post the credit.
